Western Wear Crate’s main purpose is to help you look good without the hassle of shopping for yourself. With this in mind we have designed a quick and easy process that allows you to update your wardrobe in just 4 easy steps.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR BOX
Choose what you want to receive in your box; shirt, jeans, accessories, or all of the above.
GET YOUR CLOTHING
Your box will arrive at your shipping address full of all your requested items. Take them out, try them on, and decide what you want to keep and what you will send back. Remember you get a 10% discount if you decide to keep them all.
COMPLETE YOUR CHECKOUT
When you have decided what you don’t want to keep, just pack it back in the box we have provided and attach the included label to return these items back to us. We should receive them within 10 days of delivery to you or we’ll assume you loved them all and want to keep them.
Every member of Western Wear Crate is assigned a personal stylist that will stay with them throughout the program (unless a change is requested by you, of course). The stylist takes the time to study your likes and dislikes and gets to know you better based on what you decide to keep and return in order to ensure you receive only items you love and are a good fit for your lifestyle.
One of Western Wear Crate’s biggest perks is to save you the headache of shopping for yourself, but this does not mean you don’t have input in what you receive. If you have an event coming up, you can tell us and we’ll make sure your box that month includes something you can wear for it. If you’re not happy with something you can always give us a call or send us an e-mail. You will be connected directly to your stylist and we’ll always hear your requests or concerns. Western Wear Crate is for you and about you.
You can choose to skip shipments without any penalties and you can cancel your membership anytime.
If you would like to change your preferences, you may click on my account at the top of the page and make those changes in your profile at any time, this includes pausing your crate, changing shipping frequency or styling preferences. Here, you can also keep your credit card information updated along with any address changes you may need to make.
Western Wear Crate is currently only available to subscribers in the continental United States.
Once you receive your clothes and try them on, you simply need to pack what you don’t want and return it using the return shipping label we included in your package. Your returns must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days from delivery to you, or we’ll assume you loved everything we sent. Remember you get a 10% discount if you decide to keep them all. If you return all items sent, however; a $10 styling fee will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with quality tag attached. Any returns after 10 days will be credited toward your next crate.
The price of your crate will be charged to your credit card before each crate is shipped. This is done to ensure that your credit card information is valid and up to date. Upon the return of your crate, we will refund your card for any items returned within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time.
