Tell our customer service representative what product you’re interested in as well as the website where you found it for a lower price and give us a couple of minutes to verify this price and style availability.
GET YOUR PRICE MATCH
Our Customer Service Representative will modify the price to match our competitors and you can go ahead and complete your order.
In order to qualify for price matching, the following rules apply:
Our competitor must have the product you want in the exact color and size you’re looking to purchase.
The product must be in-stock and ship from the competitor (not the manufacturer) within 3 business days; i.e. does not apply to drop shipped products.
Price matching does not apply if our competitors’ price is a special price due to damaged or used products, or for Going out of business or Liquidation Sales.
International Retailers do not qualify.
Auction sites and consumer to consumer sales do not qualify.
If the lower price is in a website requiring membership to purchase, you must provide proof of current membership to said website or retailer
No other coupons, discounts, or promotional codes can be used when price matching. This includes, but is not limited to: NCBA member special discount codes, new account 10% off codes, Tin Haul endorsees, and giveaway winners.
Custom orders or personalized product cannot be price matched.
We cannot price match any Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Thanksgiving Weekend, or CyberMonday Sales.
