Customer service is open 11am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Normally we can resolve all customer issues within 48 hours. If not possible within 48 hours, we will resolve all issues within 5 business days.
Most of our shipping is done via the United States Postal Office Priority Mail. All customer will receive a tracking number.
Some rushed shipments will be done via USPS Expedited or UPS 2 day air. Whatever method is chosen, the customer will receive a tracking number.
