THE PERSONAL TOUCH
Every member of Western Wear Crate is assigned a personal stylist that will stay with them throughout the program (unless a change is requested by you, of course). The stylist takes the time to study your likes and dislikes and gets to know you better based on what you decide to keep and return in order to ensure you receive only items you love and are a good fit for your lifestyle.
You can choose to skip shipments without any penalties and you can cancel your membership anytime.
Always Free Shipping, Never Any Styling Fees
As we start the styling process for the month we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know we’re working on it. At this time you can choose to either skip this month or let us know if there is something specific you would like to see (nicer clothes for a party, a new wallet or hat, etc.). There is a 5 day window to reply and skip the month. If we do not hear back from you, your box will be shipped to you on the 6th day and we’ll e-mail you a tracking number.
One you receive your clothes and try them on, you simply need to pack what you don’t want and return it using the return shipping label we included in your package. Your returns must arrive at our warehouse within 15 days from delivery to you, or we’ll assume you loved everything we sent and charge you for the full box.
All returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with quality tag attached. Any returns after 15 days will be refunded store credit.
