Classic Style Meets Modern Technology in Ariat Boots for Men

By now, you know that Chicken touts himself as the be-all and end-all authority on all things cowboy.  When I do try to get my two cents in from time to time, he never tires of telling me, “You don’t have the sense god gave a rubber-soled boot.”

But I’ve been doing a little reconnoitering of my own, and on closer inspection of some of the fine men’s boots from Ariat, I’ve discovered there’s plenty of sense in a rubber-soled boot.  Along with top-of-the-mark Duratread rubber soles (a carbon rubber outsole compound formulated for superior durability and performance that’s built to withstand the harsh acids of the barnyard as well as an extreme range of conditions and temperatures), many of Ariat’s boots feature something called Advanced Torque Stability (ATS®), which is an exclusive technology that ensures ranchers, riggers, and cowboys maximum stability, comfort, and support.

His and Her Handcrafted Cinch Boots for Fit, Fashion & Flair

Everyone knows the old saying, “Beauty is only skin deep,” but when it comes to cowboy boots, skin deep is a good thing.  A real good thing.  Take Cinch boots, for instance.  Cinch boot vamps and counter cuts are made of only the finest “top grain” leather from the outer section of hide — the skin.

Silver Jeans Get a Gold Medal from Chihuahua

Silver Jeans has a long history in denim-making.  In 1921, the Silver family founded the leather and denim workwear company as Western Glove Works–but Silver Jeans Co. wasn’t founded until 1991, when the family realized that there was a market for high-quality jeans.  Luckily for them, they already had 70 years of producing great denim wear under their belts.  And their first style of jeans, a unisex pair called the “Frisco,” was soon under the belts of 2 million happy customers.

Chihuahua Wants Gnarly Shark Cowboy Boots for the New Year

Can we all just take a second to bask in the glory that is my favorite Tin Haul boot?  The Gnarly Shark boot is on sale right now, and that’s cause for celebration.

What’s so great about Gnarly Shark?  First of all, these stylish boots are made of high-quality, brown crackle leather and have an anvil stitch shaft.

Chicken and Chihuahua, the National Finals Rodeo, and the Cowboy Shopping Network

Chihuahua Loves Ariat’s Extra Comfy Cowgirl Boots

Y’all know my weakness:  Western boots.  Especially cowgirl boots.  I have a “the more, the merrier” policy when it comes to ladies’ footwear–as long as the boots are top quality.  That’s why I’m excited to announce that Ariat now has a lovely line of ladies’ Western footwear.

Tin Haul Boots Pass the Style Test

I just got back from testing Urban Western Wear’s latest haul of Tin Haul–and let me tell you, the new collection passed with flying colors.

It wasn’t necessary to test for quality:  I already know these boots have classic Tin Haul characteristics like a double welt, roper heel, cushioned insole, and an all-leather heel and lining.  And that’s all in addition to the Obvious Sole–Tin Haul’s patented protective covering that preserves the unique artwork on the soles of their boots.

Tin Haul’s Footwear of Biblical Proportions

The design inspiration from Tin Haul’s latest bestsellers come from two very different backgrounds:  The Between Two Thieves boots have a Christian-influenced design, while the Blue Damask boots are adorned with a cat-worshiping pharaoh.  But these Tin Haul boots have one big thing in common:  They’re both flying off the shelves.

Chihuahua Looks Good and Feels Safe in Cinch FR Clothing

Chicken isn’t the only spokes-animal who can rep Urban Western Wear’s fire-retardant clothing.  It just so happens that I know a thing or two about  flame-repelling fashion, too!  For instance, the next time I go to an open-pit bbq, a fireworks celebration, or even a candlelight dinner, I’ll definitely throw on a set of Cinch’s FR work clothes.  Because, like Chicken alawys says, you can never be too careful.

Which Lady has the Best Corral Boots? Chihuahua Can’t Decide

When I heard that Urban Western Wear was carrying Corral boots, I started making lots of room in my closet.  I’ve always been a big fan of Corral’s combination of style and high quality, and I couldn’t wait to get my paws on a few pairs of brand new Corrals.
